Mrs. Nguyen Nhu Hoa

I was born into a family with a mother who is a famous artist, Kim Xuan. My mother's life was closely associated with the traditional ao dai of Vietnam, as she wore ao dai and performed on many important stages throughout her artistic career.

When I was one year old, my mother wore an ao dai to sing one of the classic songs of her life, "Du Am" by composer Nguyen Van Ty, in the 1953 film "Kiep Hoa".

On my 60th birthday, in memory of my mother, I also wore one of the white ao dai sets that I love, to pay tribute and express my love for the ao dai of my mother, and sang the song "Du Am" again.

Now, I am giving that ao dai to the 2LIFE AO DAI project. I believe that this ao dai will continue the journey to bring the elegant and beautiful image of the traditional Vietnamese costume to the world.
